What is your shipping policy? TOP
All items will be shipped using the United States Post Office. With the exception of Magnet Boards. All orders are shipped as soon as possible. For fastest delivery use your credit card. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order and funds have been verified. If shipping time will be longer than 3-5 business days (if we are out of town or on vacation) we will communicate this to you. Your order will be packed with great care with protective materials to ensure that your purchase arrives in excellent condition.

Returns, Damaged or Defective Projects Issues? TOP
Any mistakes, shortages, damages or defects need to be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the order. Damages due to freight carrier must be reported immediately. Please save the box your order was shipped in. The carrier will want to see the damaged box and contents. Damaged products must be returned unopened. The Gibson Girls are unable to take responsibility for damaged products due to freight carrier. Scrapbooking items are not eligible for return.

Payment Policy? TOP
Gibson Girls accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks, money orders and Paypal. If you are paying by money order or check, your order will not be shipped until funds are verified. All Texas orders will have applicable sales tax added to your order.

Missing items in your page kits? TOP
If anything is missing from your page kit please accept my apology. Email Gibson Girls at traci@gibsongirlstudio.com and we will gladly supply what you need. See all of our page kits at www.gibsongirlstudio.com.

Do the page kits include instructions? TOP
Page kits do not include instructions unless specific information is needed to complete project. Please follow product placement from photo cover sheet in bag. Most pieces are ready to glue down as is but you will need the basic scrapbooking equipment to complete the Gibson Girls page kits - adhesive, corner rounder, glue dots, usually black or brown ink unless specified differently.
